For 25 years, Belfair Farms has been Charlotte's trusted choice for horseback riding lessons, hunter/jumper training, and horse boarding.
At Belfair Farms, riding isn't just something we do—it defines who we are. Our experienced team provides riding lessons & programs for riders of all ages and abilities. Whether you're a complete beginner discovering the joy of horseback riding or a competitive rider advancing your hunter/jumper skills, we create personalized training in a welcoming, professional environment. No horse? No problem! We provide quality school horses for riders at every level.
Our riding academy serves Fort Mill, Ballantyne, Indian Land, Tega Cay, Rock Hill, and the greater Charlotte area from our beautiful 35-acre facility in Van Wyck, South Carolina—just 30 minutes from Charlotte.

OUR PROGRAMS
Riding Lessons
Hunter/jumper instruction for all levels and ages—from first rides to A-rated competition. Private and group lessons available for kids and adults.
IEA Team
Middle and high school students compete as a team without owning a horse. Build skills, friendships, and college opportunities.
Summer Camps
Week-long riding camps combining instruction, horse care, and fun. All ages and teen-specific sessions available.
Boarding
Pasture and stall boarding on our beautiful 35-acre property with quality feed, daily turnout, and professional care.
